DESCRIPTION

This is a Zwift with a Webex with Hip Hip and Old Skool song for motivation.

I will start the Webex 10 minutes early so folks can get through any login and sound set up issues.

If you did not get an invite on Zwift?  Follow me on Zwift at least the day before the event and I will invite you.  I cannot guarantee that requests made the same day of the event will receive an invite.
