Major Taylor Birthday Birthday Ride

Join us at Tricycle cafe in Conshohocken, PA for ride up the SRT to Nudy’s Cafe in Phoenixville. This ride will honor Marshall Walter “Major” Taylor who was born November, 26, 1878 in Indianapolis, IN. Major Taylor is best known for winning 1-mile sprint event at the 1899 world track championships to become the first African American to achieve the level of cycling world champion.

Once we reach Nudy’s cafe, we plan to have a delicious breakfast and head back to the tricycle cafe to complete the ride.
